Please read these terms carefully before booking a trip with Horizon Tours.
Bookings & Deposits
A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at confirmation.
Pricing
Prices are quoted per person in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) and are valid for 14 days from the date of the quote unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary with exchange rate fluctuations or supplier changes prior to confirmation.
Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visas or travel authorisations, and adequate travel insurance for the duration of their trip.
Limitation of Liability
Horizon Tours acts as an agent for accommodation providers, transport operators, and activity suppliers, and is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, strikes, or third-party service failures.
Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable itinerary adjustments due to safety, weather, or operational circumstances, with equivalent alternatives provided where possible.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
